Question / Help Lost End of Recording

So I had a 2.5 hour recording, but after I accidentally pressed the "Stopping Recording..." button, I lost the last 1.5 hours of my recording. I guess it assumed that I was ready to record something else :/

Anyways, Is there any possible way to recover this?

I'm new to using OBS, and I'd prefer to not have to redo the last 1.5 hours if possible.

Record in .flv or .mkv format and use the remux in the first menu for OBS. Never record in mp4 as if anything happens while recording the video file is bricked.
