Lost/disrupted sound from Reaper via Rearoute to OBS Asio-plugin

I'm using OBS to livestream to Youtube with sources from captured display from a Zoom meeting and sound from Jamulus via Reaper using Rearoute - OBS is receiving the sound through the OBS Asio plugin. The livestream connection is stable and working fine. The video is stable and working fine. But the sound feed from Reaper into OBS is very easily disturbed. First it workes fine, but if I start Chrome, or if I switch scenes in OBS the sound stream gets distorted and only some faint hacking crackles are heard and then never goes back to normal. In one of my scenes I have an mp3 and that sound goes out fine and stable to youtube. I suspect something with either Rearoute or the OBS Asio-plugin or some combination. I also tried recording it all in OBS and the recording worked fine but no sound there either after first scene change.

problem with asio had the same in a stream of my friend the problem comes when the asio driver uses the soundcard and you play over DirectSound in Windows

Could you please explain what you mean?
