Question / Help Lost Audio through OBS

Hi Guys!

I have seem to have lost all my audio through OBS. Not sure what has happened. Can anyone help me?

OK I'm pretty sure its my desktop settings. I did plug a set of ear buds in just beforehand. Ive unplugged them and rebooted with no luck!
