Bug Report Lossless Recording Results in Crash

Today I decided to try and record videos in lossless quality. However, upon clicking "start recording", OBS Studio crashes with this message: Woops, OBS has crashed! Would you like to copy the crash log to the clipboard? (Crash logs will still be saved to the %appdata%\obs-studio\crashes directory). I am able to record in any other quality without OBS Studio crashing.

I'm not sure how to examine the crash report, so I will post it down below. Can anyone help me figure out the problem.

I have three monitors. Its picking up the resolution of the one I don't want to use. How would I go about changing that?
 
Type in the base resolution you want to use and choose the same resolution from the scaled output drop-downs.
 
That fixed it! However, after recording a video, the video only plays the audio of my microphone. I open it and their is no video, just a blank white screen and my mic. No games sounds. Do you know how to fix that? Here is the log.

Don't rely on windows media player to have good media format support.
Use vlc for all playback checks.

Your log also doesn't reflect my instructions to you.
