Question / Help Loss of 1080p quality and 240hz in game feel when streaming?

Specifically I lose that smooth, crisp feeling and quality I usually play on when I'm gaming and streaming. Is there any way around this?

I stream on 720p 60fps since I can't stream 1080p. My PC can handle stress (using a 3900x and 5700xt). Any help or is this something I can't get around? I'll provide any other info to help, just let me know please.

What are your encoding settings? Maybe you have set the encoding speed to low, i had a similiar problem with my rig and i solved it increasing the bitrate and the encoding speed from medium to very fast. My rig is bad so more than 720p48 is not possible, but before, i had some serious issues.
