Bug Report Losing mouse input - only when recording [appears resolved]

So i am having a weird issue these days with OBS.

When i am recording with OBS sometimes what it seems randomly to me is that i loose my mouse input LMB and RMB but can still move my mouse pointer or simply loose all control. When that happens and try to move my mouse cursor there is this strange morse code coming out of my speakers lol, you know like when you push too many buttons. The only solution is to unplug the usb port and plug it back in and the problem is gone. Changing the UBS ports doesn't work, tried USB 2.0 and USB 3.0 ports. The mouse is a Logitech G9 laser.

What kind of motherboard do you have? Have you tried updating your USB controller drivers? Does this happen with all USB mice?

Oh yes i forgot my system:

Intel Core i5 4670K Boxed
Asus H87I-PLUS
Club3D Radeon HD 7950 royalKing
Logitech Z323
Logitech Illuminated Keyboard (Qwerty)
Logitech G9

I already tried updating my BIOS, chipset drivers, uninstalling/reinstall usb input devices. I haven't yet tested a different mouse. I noticed btw i had my webcam on 720p now i reduced it to 480p maybe that was a little extreme and disabled some scenes.

Nope that didn't fix the problem, mouse control still randomly gets lost during recording/streaming.

happended 3 times in one session, seems totally random, it happens only when OBS is recording.

I'm not really sure what to say...streaming heavily strains your PC, especially when playing a game on the computer at the same time, so it can bring to light hardware issues that would otherwise go unnoticed. It sounds to me like either a problem with the motherboard or a problem with the mouse.

If you have other USB devices on your computer, see what happens if they're unplugged. This is almost always a motherboard issue, people who have had this happen have often managed to resolve the problem by swapping around USB ports on the back of their computer for their devices or unplugging them.

Ok im trying a different mouse and going to update my BIOS and see what happens. Trying different USB ports didn't help on this motherboard.

Ok i forgot i had a overclock going on my CPU, i guess when streaming with quicksync it pushed the system just over the edge. Sorry about any confusion.
