The problem in this logfile, at least, is insufficient bandwidth:

00:19:42.538: Output 'simple_stream': Number of dropped frames due to insufficient bandwidth/connection stalls: 48662 (21.7%)

This indicates your connection could not sustain without dropped frames your selected encoding bitrate:

23:17:14.273: bitrate: 9000

There is also both rendering and encoding lag, although they are more minor:

00:19:42.538: Output 'simple_stream': Number of lagged frames due to rendering lag/stalls: 869 (0.4%)

00:19:42.538: Video stopped, number of skipped frames due to encoding lag: 12484/224882 (5.6%)

Thanks a ton for the response,

1) My bandwidth what would cause this? I stream mostly on my PC same settings and play my games at max and stream at 1080p HD 60FPS same settings stated in logs with no issues at all.

2) My bitrate is at 9k same as above I normally stream on my PC but when on my switch the frame loss occurs. Also my Internet speeds should be enough 400-500 download 20-25 upload.

right now I stream to youtube 20 upload 400 download Audio Bitrate of 160 Video Bitrate of 9000 while hardware is Nvenc (Output mode simple not advanced) with recording mp4 same as stream.

1080 60fps if you need any other stats lemme know.

During the log you posted, the issue was insufficient network capacity. If it was a one-time thing, great! If not, then you either have a problem with your local network, or you need to address the issue with your ISP.

If you were streaming to Twitch I would suggest the use of TwitchTest to troubleshoot; unfortunately there are no directly comparable tools for YouTube, and generalized speed test results are not useful.
