Question / Help Losing Frames in OBS while playing LOL pls help!

Hey guys my problem is i cant stream League of Legends everytime i try get get massiv frame drops when in game.
i got a 10 k dsl connection and every other game works fine (counter strike overwatch) but when lol gets in game client i lose like 80% frames in obs.
when playing lol i go 60fps and around 30ms so no problem with that
i hope you can help me if you neet more i try to get everything!

i update my wifi network adapter to the newest version
and i got i fritzbox 7490 if that helps
im from german sorry for mistakes and wrong sentence

hi,

might i suggest 2 things, run OBS studio in administrator mode.

and the frame drop problem, it is reporting, is probably due to server issues the other end, at the time you started your stream ? i was gonna say twitch server issues, but it looks like your not streaming to twitch.
 
First thing i would try is using ultrafast setting, so obs doesn't stress your cpu as much.
Apparently LOL is multicore ready and will use those cores if needed. If you don't want to invest on hardware for this, reducing the cpu usage of OBS is your best bet. A 4 core 2.6 cpus isn't really the ideal setup to stream demanding games at high settings. Using Hardware encoding or using a capture card might be an option too.
