Is there a way to do loseless recording with OBS Studio?

Use the lossless quality option in simple output mode.

or, in x264 advanced settings set crf to 0 and preset to ultrafast

That method isn't true lossless schauerland.

Try changing colorspace to RGB or i444 for better color sharpness.

Lossless at i420 or nv12 colorspace will still lose half horizontal and half vertical chroma/color resolution.
