Question / Help Loosing quality after upload

The video result on my computer of gameplay record using obs has a great quality, but when I upload it to youtube, I loose a a lot of it... I just need some guidance from someone.

I dont know if has to do with obs config (bitrate, buffer, etc...)
Slow upload internet
Or renderization config (Sony Vegas).

YouTube just sucks at maintaining quality. The only thing you can do is to make sure your video is the highest quality it can be before you upload it to YouTube

Popular youtubers have better quality because YouTube encodes their videos with the new vp9 codec which is more efficient in compressing video compared to h264
