Question / Help LOOPING VIDEO GRAPHICS

I had no issues before but now all of a sudden when I go to record my monitor, it shows the monitor display LOOPED like 20 times on top of each other.

It immediately shows up when I either click "Preview Stream" or "Start Recording"
