Looping Audio / Delay

Hello all, new to the forums but i'm having an issue that there seems to be no YouTube video solution for.

I'm having an issue where when I select my desktop audio device and my mic audio device at the same time I'm getting a loop of the audio. The loop continues for a long time until I disable one of the devices and then it seems to go away, not sure what my fix is here and couldn't find it anywhere else, just looking to see if anyone else has experienced something like this.

Sounds like expected behavior with Mic going to desktop, then adding it a 2nd time as specific audio input.

A recent plugin <https://obsproject.com/forum/threads/win-capture-audio.147240/> may help if OBS native audio combined with Windows Audio subsystem put you in a bind. Personally, I disabled all Global Default Audio devices/inputs, and ONLY use specific Audio Source inputs, which works for my use case, but won't work for some others.
