Loopback no longer available with 30.2.3 ?

I have 30.2.2 on my main computer ( W11) and had not updated yet. Loopback shows as an available input with both my Zoom L8 and a SSL -2 audio interface. I need this to capture the Audio from my DAW. So this works perfectly on that computer and has worked perfectly for a long time.

I needed to work on a second computer which only difference is W10 and I updated to 30.2.3 before I started. There is no loopback channels available as well as there is an issue with hearing audio latency which I have never had in my long time use of this software. I tried everything. All settings are identical to the other computer. It's sort of like it is not using ASIO driver?

Guess this is a busy place with only a few people helping out. Anyhow for future reference it was I had to uncheck " allow applications to take exclusive control of this device" in Windows Sound settings advanced settings.
