Loop video source and re-launch every 5-10 minutes. HOW?

Hi, streamers! )
I want to add a video source which is short video clip "subscribe to my youtube channel panel and stuff".
And I want those video clip shows EVERY 5 or 10 minutes on my live stream's @ the bottom of the screen.
All I found in the Internet is guides how to get rid of "audio-video latency" which is not what I am looking for actually )

Is it possible to loop video source and re-launch it every 5-10 minutes?

AFAIK browser source can't do this, I've checked filters and stuff - nothing ((

ahh. I don't understand scripts or html.
Is there any step-by-step manual how to do this?
Or may be some programmer who can make this for donate?
