So I've been looking to start streaming for a while now, but my computer and internet speed is what has been holding me back. I am going to upgrade my internet as soon as I get my computer set up for smooth streaming. I'm looking to get 4mbps upload for streaming.

These are my computer specs.
AMD Phenom II X4 955 Processor, 3200 mhz, 3 Core(s)
AMD Radeon HD 7800 Series (??? Im not sure 7850) either way i think it needs a upgrade
750W PSU ? (I believe, all i remember is i upgraded from the stock one it was like $100)
120GB SSD Patriot Blaze
RAM 4GB

Im sorry I suck at determining my specific specs ;/ if their is any easier way then dxdiag and system info lmk

Also any good recommendations for a low budget webcam + mic or is my headphone mic good? I got the steelseries siberia v2 xD

I know i need to upgrade a lot probably almost my whole computer hahah ;( but I really want to start streaming just want to know whats a good budget setup that will run smoothly. or maybe should i get a separate streaming PC or laptop with a capture card?

I know this isn't going to be cheap, but im working part-time as im attending college and i believe it would be worth it as i do enjoy pc gaming whenever i have the time.

Thank you guys in advance

I really don't think you can stream with that PC. Certainly no recent games. Maybe if you only did 360p or something small, but then why even bother? You should really update your whole PC. You can probably record some games with your setup and then upload them later to YouTube though.

dang feels badman, I only really play CSGO. And ive tried streaming it it wasn't too bad believe it or not. Just had it on low quality and wasn't the smoothest.
I guess maybe i can sell this current PC and upgrade, or maybe just have to wait until im more financially stable to pursue streaming ;(
I mean I can defiantly get a whole new set up right now but do i really need too? I mean i really want to stream but not so badly where I would want to get a whole new PC and kick this one to the curb ;/

ty for your feedback.

I mean, if you want to try, set it up and look at / post OBS log files afterwards. Duplicated Frames should be less than 1% for a decent looking stream.

Okay well a few days passed and i still have the urge wanting to stream. Im thinking of maybe upgrading my processor to an i7, and upgrading my graphics, also upgrading RAM to 8GB maybe 16GB in the future. I mean that way i dont have to get a whole new PC because i already upgraded the SSD and the power supply. My friend is the one who gave me this graphics card currently for free so it wouldn't hurt for me to buy a new one. But then again my case and fans are a little silly looking considering my friend set it up. I just want to have a smooth stream without having to upgrade too much.
Any suggestions?

Thank you for your help man!
I really appreciate it!

i7 is a great choice, and the worst GPU you should pick is a GTX 750 Ti. 8 GB of RAM is fine to start, 16GB better, beyond that there's little point.

Okay so i plan on upgrading my computer progressively. So i was thinking of this order; CPU + Motherboard (I dont think my motherboard is compatible), then GPU, then RAM?
you think this is a good order?

And also you believe i7 is worth the money? Or are there any other CPUs that are better for a lower budget and still can produce a quality stream for CSGO.

I also have 5mbps upload speed, maybe might buy a new modem or call my ISP as it could be better.

I was looking at this http://www.newegg.com/Product/ComboBundleDetails.aspx?ItemList=Combo.2507600 but also need to add a graphics card in there? Or if you got some links you could set me up with then that would be cool. ignore about just upgrading progressively, i've decided im just gonna get it all at once xD
