I think you do not need quality 10, set it to 7 or 8. It may improve picture in dynamic scenes.
Also, I think you capable set your preset to faster. Anyway, current picture looks pretty good.

Your VoD looks pretty good already. As zerocul mentioned you can try increasing the preset from very fast to faster, but you will have to see if that works while playing sc2 (late game especially, as the cpu usage is higher then). Also you could probably even reduce your bitrate slightly without dropping quality.
For the quality settings change, you will have to check if that makes a big difference.

One thing you can definitely reduce, would be the audio bitrate. Using 128/160 should be totally enough, or are you planning to stream classical music recorded in the flac format? :)

You might be right hahaha ya idk I have the upload :P. Thanks for the tips all appreciate it! Do you think I would benefit from some sort of downscale? Also can you set custom downscale options by editing the profile file? 16:10 has really limited downscale options. I'm wondering if it would look better @ 800p
