Question / Help Looking For Help New PC Build OBS Loss Of Frames.

So streamed for the first time today on my new PC, I have a 2060RTX, intel i7 9700k, MSI x390 gaming edge ac, 16gb of ram, 400 download 20-25 upload, etc.

Had no problems streaming on my old PC 980geforce, and pretty much the rest was similar but the parts were 6 years old lol and I got 1920x1080 60fps streams out easily. Assumed the upgrade would just make it smoother and last me longer.

https://obsproject.com/logs/_9UrUnAo7D4oqhXl is my last log if this isn't the correct log let me know and I will try to find the correct one I just streamed for roughly 2hrs. I will also attach another log as well just incase.

Looking for help getting the correct settings, as I copied pretty much my old ones over.

Hi,
i have the same problem with the 23 version of OBS. I made a downgrade back to 22 and that helps.
Its a try worth.

Yea I will most likely go back to version 21 in fact which is what I was using on my old PC due to 22 and 23 not working on my old PC I stuck with 21. Can't stand when programs get updated when there is nothing wrong with it.

During stream youtube quality shows perfect no issues even OBS shows me no issues from bitrate to fps however every now and then it says encoding overloaded but still shows green and youtube is also green.

Same here with 23 and my GTX 1060. Go back to 22 and it works.
Upgraded to RTX 2070 and tested 23 again... old problems still exist.
I stay at version 22.

Change NVENC preset to "Quality" and disable "Lookahead" and "Psycho Visual Tuning".

Limit your ingame FPS with VSYNC, Rivatuner or ingame frame limiter.

Will test tonight on version 21 with same settings except I did now change the preset to default instead since that's what I was using before.
