Hi all, I searched google the best I could as well as topics in this forum but could not find any topics which relate to me. I have been streaming the game War Thunder mostly and have run into some problems. My stream is crystal clear on whatever setting I choose, with 0 dropped frames on OBS and my past broadcasts look great. However, my problem lies within the game, I get some screen tearing horizontally about an inch in height, and it only occurs when I am live. This does not show up on stream. Also, I sometimes experience some stutter in game (no framedrop), which again does not show up on stream. Whats weird is my CPU load is low at around 40%, temps are fine at 62 degrees c max, and I am not getting a frame drop within the game. I'm locked at 60fps (Vsync enabled) on full settings in game even while getting this random stutter and tear. When I stop streaming it goes away. I've experienced this whether I stream at 720p 60fps, 1080p 30fps, and 1080p 60fps. I am running programmes in the background such as chrome to monitor chat, spotify for music and mumble for voicechat. However, my cpu load maxes out at about 45%. Any help will be appreciated. Thank you.
Edit: Forgot to mention that I stream at 3500kb/s. My connection is 25up 250down.
My PC specs are as follows:
CPU: i5-4690k @ 4.6ghz
GPU: MSI 680GTX Twin Frozr
Ram: 8gb
