Looking for developer to develop customised obs

This doesn't require any custom development. You can already do this with default OBS.

You need a background image, a display capture for the computer screen, and a green screen with chroma key for the camera. The bottom ticker can just be a text source with a scroll filter applied.
 
We will like it to rebrand it. We will keep our source code open source, but we want our logo and others to be there.
