Does anybody know how can I maybe use a phone or a tablet as a screen to see only the live feed from OBS? I really need it.

I've never done it myself, but supposedly, you can use the phone as an additional monitor. I'll let you or someone else figure out that part, since I've never been there myself.
But once you have that - phone as a generic monitor from your PC - then you can put a fullscreen projector on it from OBS:
(right-click menu on the Program window)
