Hi Guys,

I'm sure you get this all the time but my stream is always grainy and kind of blurry. I've messed with all sorts of settings with the bit rate around 3500 and the cpu preset anywhere from fastest to even medium but it still looks like garbage. Here is the log fine from my latest trials. https://gist.github.com/anonymous/0ead120423cb60062d84
Any help would be much appreciated. If you want my system specs here you go.

I would recommend to downscale to 1280x720, or even a bit lower, while keeping the bitrate on 3500 and the preset as slow as its playable for you. Arma with its grass and camera position and foliage overall is very demanding and eats bitrate like popcorn.

Hey Jack0r,

I Appreciate the reply. I've tried downscaleing to 720 as well with the bitrate at 3500 and the preset to fast. Any lower than that and my game lags out like a mother because Arma is already so demanding on the CPU. I honestly haven't seen any improvement between the cpu presets besides it eating up my cpu. The actual output looks the exact same to me. And thanks, now I'm craving popcorn.

Well, the presets improve details and remove blocking/pixelation. But downscaling to 720p should have improved the quality quite a bit, can you maybe link us two example VoD's one in 1080p and one in 720p?

Like I said I tried the downscale to 720 and it did help a little but still super pixelated when moving. At work now but I can try and record some examples later.
