Long time user of OBS - suddenly crashing or freezing and can no longer stream OR record

I've been working on trouble shooting for the better part of two days. I've done multiple diagnostic tests on my computer. I can't think of anything that I've done recently to change anything. I read about browser sources from StreamLabs and StreamElements causing problems, so I deleted all of them. I wasn't using them anyway. I can't stream or record. The log attached is me recording a window capture. I stopped recording and shut own OBS before it could crash. I don't game and I typically use the YouTube auto config tool in OBS just prior to starting a stream. I watched Task Manager and there isn't anything else using the GPU.

Any help or suggestions are appreciated.

Browser sources are fine. Keep them, if you have use for them. What is notoriously known for crashes is the StreamElements OBS plugin. However, even that might not be the case any more. It's not being reported significantly more often in the forum as other plugins, as far as I remember. In general, if you have freezes or crashes, removing any 3rd party plugins are a good approach to just make sure if it's a plugin or not.

You include a huge number of images and video sources. It's possible one of these is defective and making the image/media sources unstable. You're reading from some G: drive. Is this an external USB drive? May be this drive has a bad sector and the corresponding file is making OBS hang and freeze.
