Question / Help Long time between switching scenes

When I am switching scenes screen becomes black for few seconds. Whats the problem?

Also I have very good computer and internet connection so probably problem is not here.

You want to capture two different monitors?

No I am capturing one minitor and switching between few different cropped spaces

Then try to use Add Existing option when you create new source.
