Bug Report Long MP4 Unable to be Processed by YouTube

Short videos ( < 25 min) seem to be fine. Anything that approaches an hour or more with the recent 0.637b update makes YouTube (and, yes, VLC) shit the bed.

Example videos that fail YouTube's conversion process, recorded from OBS 0.637b:

In previous updates, this was not an issue.

Have you actually rolled back to a previous update since this problem started and confirmed that they still work, i.e. the problem is with 0.637b specifically?

VLC does seem to be crapping out on larger files, but MPC-HC still plays them okay. I'm uploading a file that crashes VLC to see what Youtube does with it now.
