Question / Help Long Delay Changing Scenes

I added the video plugin for OBS, the one that plays a video on OBS so you dont have to capture it. Im not sure if this is the right place to ask this, but after adding it to some scenes's theres a delay of like, 5 to 7 seconds before it loads up. The Video it loads is only 15 seconds itself, not sure if that matters or not.
