Hi,
I'm new to this, having only recently downloaded OBS, and am running into some problems when trying to capture LoL in Window Capture. I believe it's because OBS is trying to capture the wrong window. When setting up the capture I set the source to 'PVP.net Client', which is the standard LoL client window, used for everything apart from in-game stuff. The problem I'm having is that when I actually get into a game, I get a black screen as there's no input from PVP.net, as instead the in-game stuff is handled by the 'League of Legends (TM) Client'. After going back through the Window Capture settings however, even with the in-game client open (essentially while playing a game) I'm unable to select the in-game client as a capture source. I'm wondering if I'm missing something, if there's a way to set it or if there's an issue with League itself. Sorry if this is basic stuff (as I said I'm new to this) and apologies for the lengthy post, I'm just trying to explain as best I can.
Thanks,
Cal
