Question / Help LoL fps drop when streaming

I have a huge problem, when i am trying to stream, I get a huge fps drop in lol. And my stream is sort of lagging also sometimes.

When i stream have closed all other application, that might could cause larger internet use.

Bitrate: 3000
Quality: 1080p. But tried to downscale to 720, same problem.

Internet:
Down: 150mbit
Up: 15Mbit

PC:
Cpu: 3570k
Memory: 8GB
GPU: GTX 760

Both of those logs look fine from OBS's perspective. If you're getting too much performance degradation in-game from streaming, then you'll need to reduce your encoding settings. Lowering the encoding FPS to 30FPS would be a good start, and if that's still not enough, you'll need to downscale your resolution and/or change your x264 preset to superfast or ultrafast...but with your hardware, I don't think you'll need to.

Since your log is fine, then you are sending your stream to Twitch fine. If it's still stuttering for you, then it's a problem with you being able to download your stream from Twitch's servers, not a problem with you being able to send it to Twitch's servers. So that will vary from person to person. You can try reducing your bit rate to see if that helps.

I have also tried 30 fps, and a numbers of other settings, but still the same problem :(

What kind of FPS drop are we talking, here? Like, 60FPS in game to 20FPS? Or 150FPS down to 110FPS?

When i am not streaming i have like 75-120fps ingame.
But when i start stream it drops to around 50-60 fps. But the annoying part is it feels like my game is lagging. Like my pc can`t handle the game
