Question / Help lol crashes when i switch from monitor to game capture ? !

Hello i start streaming today intence since i got this really good threat readed but when i switch from monitor capture to game lol crashes . Im still noob at OBS :)
P.s. if its only game captrur game dosnt crash but it gives a glitch that cant move see or do anything in game so i have to recconect

Again problem with new people on the forums, u dont read sticky threads at all. U cant expect someone to help u unless u post a log file from streaming session.
