Bug Report Logitech Webcam causes random sound problems

I've already told people before and it seems no one has decided to take it serious yet so I'll just say it again:
when using OBS Studio I get my voice replaced with alien sounds at random. I have not been able to find a trigger nor a solution. I have only been able to get my audio randomly turned into weird sounds. The tone is still correct but there are no words.
I've already tried changing different values, downloading different drivers, uninstalling different drivers and setting different settings in set drivers. Nothing works.
I've already shown a log to multiple people and they didn't notice anything weird so I don't know what else to do than to give another log file so you guys know what hardware I'm using and can hopefully create a fix because it's getting a bit annoying to try to solve this for half a year with zero results.

After about a year or so I finally figured it out! It was a matter of a slightly corrupt OS because I had hard rebooted out of a few Windows 10 updates. Apparently that's a worse idea than I thought it was.
I still have slow performance and a lot of lag though, but I think that's a creators update problem, not an OBS one.
