I haven't seen USB-C adapters (though they are bound to exist). The USB-A to Ethernet adapters I've seen usually have come in pairs as you convert USB to Ethernet, transport over Ethernet, then at PC use another adapter to convert back to USB for connection to computer. If converting from USB to Ethernet on a LAN, then getting that signal/data/ {video stream in your case} would typically depend on proprietary software from the company providing the physical adapter to connect to ethernet data and convert back into something PC could use

Hello!

Yes it is possible. I actually use 6 rally camera's that are connected to a 100ft Ethernet cable through my facility for virtual workshops in our environment. The current pandemic had me think outside of the box for different ways to bring our workspace to others homes. The best way will be a type of usb to ethernet adapter that will then convert back to usb. The setup will go
1) Rally camera usb-c cable/adapter to ethernet adapter.
2) Ethernet adapter to X amount of Ethernet Cable. (Ethernet cable MUST BE 147 feet or less.. Trust me......)
3) Ethernet cable to Ethernet adapter that converts to USB.
4) USB to computer~

I use a brand from AV Access check them out.

Let me know if you need more details~

Good luck!

Yes it is a USB extender, but over ethernet. It converts to ethernet then back to USB. It's better than just USB extender because the USB to port ratio. It's more reliable than just converting it to ethernet.
