LogiTech C920 - Black Screen - No Video Capture

I have read some threads from like 2013 or 2017 and they didn't help.

I have current updated drivers. Using windows 11 and Brave Browser. Brave has permissions on for camera and audio. I have tried to both disable and enable cam access from the LogiTech Ghub. If I close Ghub cam turns off. If I leave Ghub open and leave cam enabled I have cam in Ghub but nothing in OBS. I have gone through and changed settings for C920 from suggested youtube videos. Their cams work, mine doesn't.

After couple hours I am ready to through everything off the balcony. Please help.

OBS can access a webcam only if no other app is using it. So close every other app you opened for checking the webcam, then start OBS. As long as any other app is actively displaying some video from the webcam, OBS isn't able to do the same.

I appreciate the insight. Slightly embarrassed. I tried that. Obviously, I didn't do it right.
