Hey Guys,

Sorry to disturb you and ask for help.

I'm having issues with my ExtremeCap U3 when my Webcam is connected.

The screen keeps flicking on the bottom, if the webcam is being used ( doesn't matter if it is on scene ).

You guys heard of any issues regarding this?

Thanks!

Sounds like a USB bandwidth issue. Try moving the webcam to other USB ports and make sure it's configured to output at 1280x720 or lower.

I tried switching USB, and it didn't work.

However, putting the Webcam on 720p seems to fix it.

But the quality isn't the same as 1080p, of course.

You know any ways of fixing this? :(

Thanks

The best fix would be to stop caring whether your webcam is running at 720p or 1080p. Otherwise no, short of getting a new motherboard with a more capable USB chipset there isn't really one.

If you're using a PC and not a laptop, then buy a PCIe USB card.
I run 4 C920s and a ExtremeCap U3 through them and they are fine.
Don't use motherboard ports for anything other than mouse and keyboard.
