Logitech Brio 4k Stream Edition randomly blocked in streaming and create an audio conflict

During my live streams randomly but often the webcam crashes going into conflict with the sound card creating audio interference in the headphones and the only way to solve is unplug the webcam from the USB port and plug it back in, please help me I have tried everything.
