When using the logi tech in obs i can't get it to work in the normal aspect ratio. It used to be fine but now it is stuck in 4.3 I think. Nightmare.

Go to OBS. Right click on the webcam source to bring up the webcam's source properties.
Look at the resolution. Is the Width x Height a 4:3 resolution? If so, then set it to a 16:9 setting with a Custom Resolution.
Example:
Resolution/FPS Type: Custom
Resolution: 640x360
4 / 3 = 1.333333
640x480 = 1.33333
800x600 = 1.33333
16 / 9 = 1.77777
1920x1080 = 1.77777
640x360 = 1.77777
