Question / Help Logictech camera zoom problem

Hello I been setting up a friend OBS, and I came across a problem with webcams, I dont have any other webcam then logictech so anyway, we have been having a problem with webcamera zoom, its zoomed in entirely too close, and cant zoom out, if we go to logictech program its zoomed out father then in OBS, and I check use "Keep webcam controller on top of other application" but I also notice this problem with my own Logictech camera with the camera zoomed in too far.

Perhaps the source is too big for the scene? Try selecting the source and pressing Ctrl +F.

I also have a logitech webcam and it also cause me some crashes and strange behaviour.

I solved it by disabeling facetracking and automatic sharpness in the webcam controls and its working perfectly for me now.

I fix it, I right click on it went to properties and checked custom resolution, then set it to 640x360 then it zoomed out

how did you do that because i was streaming and it did not work

You might want to try it with the original (driver) software.
I suspect that the driver does not update settings properly while it is in use.
