Question / Help [Log provided] Bought a video card and still getting High CPU usage, after following guides too.

Hello all this is my current set up

*Intel i5 4670k @ 3.40 GHz

*Crucial Ballistix Sport 4GB DDR3 1600 x2

*Windows 7 Ultimate 64 Bit

*Gigabyte Z87X-UD4H motherboard

*Asus GTX 770 oc 2GB ddr5

the latest addition was the ASUS GTX 770, I thought it would help with my OBS, but it hasn't helped much, I still get High CPU usage and so my stream suffers alot from lag and dropped frames.

I couldnt help but notice that it only shows half of my physical memory available, why is that? Would adding more ram help?

Those are the same log files. How heavy is TESV on your CPU and GPU when not streaming? Be sure vsync or some type of FPS limit is enabled when you stream.
