Lock Stream Panel

Is it possible to lock the streaming control panel into the mainframe instead of a floating panel onto? Not easy to resize the window to see relevant buttons.

Good idea to have it on a dock.

When I try changing the size of the window, it simply disappears off the bottom of the screen and locks the software. so I have to open task manager to exit the software totally.
