good morning everyone. Is there a way or a plugin to block access to the settings item? It would be very handy if you set up OBS on a pc that many users use and avoid what make bad settings changes. A thousand thanks :-)

OBS doesn't have a feature to lock down its configuration.

The intended solution to this issue is to have every user of the PC have their own Windows user with its own login and its own Windows desktop, so every user has its own individual copy of every app configuration.

It's also possible to quickly switch between Windows users - it's not required for anyone to logout before someone else is going to work with its own user: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us...7-10b3-fee0e70e11d4#WindowsVersion=Windows_10

Hi,
You can try do disable permission inheritance for folder that hold the settings (%appdata%\obs-studio) and then remove write permissions for current user that run OBS. They will be able to change the settings, but after OBS restart settings will revert.
