Question / Help Lock Down Settings

Hi,

Does anyone know what file to lock down if you want to keep someone from modifying the settings in OBS? If I set the video card and destination folder etc, can I make a file read only thus locking people out from messing with the settings? Is there a .conf or .ini file?
