Lock aspect ratio when resizing subregion

Holding a modifier key or combination of modifier keys to allow 16:9 or 4:3 resizing in Window capture and other modes would be useful seeing as how that's going to be the usual aspect ratio used in streams
 
When you resize a source, the default is to maintain the source's aspect ratio. Only when you hold Shift can you change the source's aspect ratio.

I'm talking about when creating a Window capture, you're given the choice to select a sub-region within the window. It would be useful to allow aspect locking when selecting this sub-region
