Lock all sources of a given scene - Lock all sources of a given scene

Little script that locks all sources of the current scene at once. Useful if e.g. you duplicate a scene and all its sources are unlocked. Note: if Studio Mode is on, the script will always work with the currently rendered scene.

Invoke it by pressing the button in the scripts menu or by assigning a Hotkey

Your download gives us code. Is that what it's supposed to do? I had been wanting that type of thing to happen for a long time, so can you help me figure it out. Thanks.

It's a LUA script. Look into the video. It shows how to use it.

Hi, Their seems to be some confusion. I am familiar with .lua scripts and how to use them, but when I click on your link it opens up a page of code instead of simply a .lua file. Perhaps a different link would help? Thank you for your quick reply and all your help!......also, this video is on source toggler, but I want to use "lock all sources of a given scene."

For now, pls save the entire webpage as e.g. "srctogglewithzap.lua"...

Aaargghh...one more mistake...

save it under lockallsources.lua
I appreciate that you care enough about people using your software that you quickly replied. I did create a .lua file and it loaded in correctly and looks ready to use. I will try it tonight or tomorrow and let you know. If it's what I think it is this will be good for troubleshooting. Thanks so much! Update: It works great, but I thought it was to to turn sources off, but this is good too! Thanks.

So you'd like to be able to turn off all sources in a scene with one button?
I could make that.

Would like to understand your use case though
