Question / Help Location of settings button

Hey, all!
Sorry for being a nuisance, but I would actually want to know how to enter settings......
I will attach a screen shot of my OBS, so if possible pls label where I'm supposed to click!

Re-enable the dock you closed in the view - docks menu.
