Question / Help Local Video Quality is really bad and also colour is different

So basically im trying to record the good old league of legends but my local video actually looks sooo bad. Its really pixellated and the colour saturation is pretty washed up aswell. I've looked for many online guides about this but nothing has worked.

I did everything and changed the settings but the quality still looks really bad.
