Question / Help Local Recordings Choppy

Hi, I have no experience with what the settings do in OBS, and my local recordings are choppy. I have an Intel
i5-6400 Quad-Core CPU at 2.7 GHz with Turbo Boost 2.0, 16GB of ram, and a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 950. Someone please tell me what settings I should be using. Thanks
 
Simple output mode
indistinguishable recording quality
flv recording format
Software low cpu usage encoder
