Question / Help Local recordings blurry

Hi guys

So I did alot of research on this but i couden't find it
I just got some new hardware installed and everything worked fine before.
But now everytime I move it all becomes blurry.
I've tried so much but nothing helped.

My specs:

- encorder x264
- use CBR enabled
- Bitrate 3500
- resolution 1280x720
- fps 30
- CPU preset faster
- CFR enabled

My computer specs:

- Windows 8.1
- CPU: AMD FX 8350 Eight-core 4GHz (unparked)
- Video card: AMD Radeon HD 6800 series
- Ram: only 6 gb (getting upgrated soon)

Some extra information: I'm running the newest version of OBS and I only use this for local recordings.

Hi, your post is in the wrong section of the forum. It should be in questions & help.
Can you upload a video, so we can take a look at your supposedly blurry video, ofter people expect wonderfull quality with the settings your are using and wonder why it's slightly blurry etc.

I just restarted my pc and the problem fixed it self I ques.. but thanks anyway :)
