Question / Help Local Recordings Are Grainy - Settings Suggestions?

Hello! Just downloaded OBS, mainly for screen cap purposes. I reviewed my footage, and it was very grainy. I am currently using .flv format.

Could someone recommend any setting changes so where the quality may be increased?
