Question / Help Local recordings and some youtube videos way too bright!

Hi, I don't know where else to ask so I came here. My local recordings are overexposed and so are some of Youtube videos I watch. I recorded my desktop using OBS, and even shadowplay, they both give me the same problem.. Way too bright. I did not touch the gamma in NVIDIA control panel or in my monitor setting. Also my screen would suddenly dim if it's displaying darker colors, but it brightens up when I open white pages, example, chrome..

Here are photos to describe what my problem is..

a) Screenshot of a Youtube video, some other videos are overexposed too..

b) The recordings.. Waaayyy too bright..

c) My display adapters, if this will help..

To be honest, I think this is a display problem.. But I dont know how to fix it.. Can anyone help me? Thank you so much

Disable HDR and WGC in the display options in win10 before recording desktop
