Question / Help Local Recording with Asus ROG G750JS

Could you help me with OBS Studio configuration?
I want to record Warcraft 3 (2002 game) gameplay for YouTube. (not streaming)

My specs:

- Intel Core i7-4700HQ 2400 - 3400 MHz
- Geforce 870M
- 8 GB RAM

No matter how I config OBS, output vid (mp4) always laggs so much.
Could you post some good configuration? I play on 1920x1080.
