Question / Help local recording not playing

hello, I made a local recording of todays stream and the file size show 1.64GB but the video does not play in VLC or load into Premiere/Media Encoder. I have had this before but never during a live show.

How do i fix this? my latest log is 62 MB so i cant upload it

Any info would be greatly appreciated.

What format did you record to? Mp4? MKV? FLV?
