For whatever reason I am having trouble recording at 60fps on any setting regardless of downscale. I just recorded over 2 hours of footage with minimal, if any frame drops. My CPU and memory usage are not being capped, regardless of using x264 or using N.VENC, CBR/CQP and even downscaling is helping the performance, recordings are hovering between 48-55 fps as opposed to 60. Ive just been trying to record some Bioshock Infinite and i find it hard to believe that my pc cant handle a game that is a few years old that is not super technically pressing im running a GTX 980 abd a 6700k, I'd think my pc to be capable of doing local recordings but for whatever reason it cant.
